Do you accept heavily damaged photos?

We can restore light damage like fading, blemishes, and minor wear. However, photos with large tears or distorted faces may be beyond repair.

Can you do Black & White photos?

Yes! We’re more than happy to restore black & white photos. We can't colourise Black & White as of yet, due to the complexity of getting the right eye colour, blemishes etc.
However, we’ll treat your image with the care it deserves.

What if i'm not happy with my order?

Each order is carefully handled by our team with close attention to detail. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to make small adjustments where possible. And if we still can’t meet your expectations, we’ll offer a full refund — no fuss. (T&Cs apply.)

Do I get to choose the motion of my video?

We’d love to offer full choice, but every photo is unique — and not all motions work well with every image. Our team carefully selects the most natural and sentimental movement to suit your photo. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to leave a note with your order and we’ll do our best to match it, though we can’t always guarantee it.

I’m quite impressed by this company. Once my order was submitted, I received an email saying that my order was being completed and handled by their team.

I think it took around 4 hours to get my order back, and I am impressed. They sent me a copy of my restored photo which they did such a good job, but they managed to recreate the motion in a way that left me without words. The video was 6-seconds but I really am impressed with how they managed this.

You can tell they put passion into their work, hence the long yet well deserved review.
